Recipe of the Month

In observance of National Peanut Butter Cookie Day we have a wonderful recipe for you.

• 1 cup of peanut butter
• 1 cup of packed brown sugar
• 1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees, in a medium bowl mix all ingredients until fully blended. On a ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by tablespoons 2 inches apart. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are set. Let stand 1 minute, remove and let cool. Lastly Enjoy!
