Easy Baked Corn

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 2 (15oz) cans whole corn, drained

Directions:

  • Dissolve flour in ¼ cup milk.
  • Boil ¾ cup milk with butter and sugar.
  • Pour the flour mixture into the milk mixture after it begins to boil to make a thin white sauce.
  • Remove from stove and stir in the corn, salt and pepper.
  • Mix the eggs in.
  • Pour into a 1qt pan or loaf pan, bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes until done.
